DAYS 1-3: RECOVERY PHASE

I’m normally more bloated and swelled.

Is this program for those with food restrictions?

Yes, this program avoids a lot of known food sensitivities that cause inflammation in the body. The program is gluten-free (naturally- with no weird replacements) and low in dairy. The meals can be worked around other food allergies as well.

This is not a vegetarian program.

I have young children, is this safe for all ages?

Yes, as long as your children are eating solid food. We are big believers in families eating together. We've found that involving our kids and cooking bright colored and flavorful food keeps kids coming back for more.

How much does the food cost that we need to buy?

We've found that most people spend $130-150 per week for a family of four with the food recommended on this program. (Although food costs will vary depending on where you live.)

Normally we hear that this is LESS than people are spending today. The reason is we aren't buying any fake, processed foods that tend to be higher in price.
